The first Linux tierlist CTT video[0] makes S tier as Debian,fedora and Arch which has 1.8 M views
He later removed Fedora from that tier when Fedora (Red hat) got bought by IBM.
So in an sense of irony, he is now recommending users from Arch back to fedora.
But I think that my point is that times are every-changing and an person's opinion on even as minute (from the outside) as Linux distros preference changes depend on quite a lot of factors, so I just wanted to point that out that it depends on A lot of factors in general and the answers are comparatively much more nuanced which don't quite right fit into a general tierlist so much so to speak.
