I’ve been working on a data catalog tool(A bit complex) recently, and ran into this small issue of preparing icons for different platforms.

So I built a simple free tool for that, iconbrew.xyz

You upload one image, and it generates the icon files you need for:

macOS and Windows

iOS and Android

Favicons for the web

No tracking, no sign-up, and guys, give it a try if you have time. I might extend this into a micro-SaaS with additional functionalities, too.
