How would they? The radio is coming from your phone, and I imagine it isn’t any bigger than what broadcast radio has been since forever? So unless broadcast radio also causes cancer, which I’ve never heard of, I don’t think they do.
Though maybe using Bluetooth constantly could cause your phone to cause cancer more since typically your phone wouldn’t be producing much radio since most activity is download AFAIK.
