      Since they reversed a prior SCOTUS decision Chevron Deference, the courts have the final say on things like this. Money can buy you "expert" witnesses to say whatever you like.

      We are due for some amendments to the constitution, been a while, those at the top of my mind

      - Privacy Rights

      - Voting Rights reaffirmation

      - Term Limits for Congress

      - 18 year limit for SCOTUS (every 2 years a new judge is selected, every presidential term gets 2 picks, those who cycle out can fill in when a sitting judge is sick or recuses)
