Second year university student here, working on a tech startup. I’m currently working on a project management on the side to supplement the needs of our team. We have tried out Monday, Asana, etc; but we realized that it’s not actually in our budget and the process of onboarding and familiarizing with those large enterprise softwares was an absolute pain. Ergo, we are creating a PM tool specifically tailored towards smaller teams with ease of access while incorporating agentic AI along with it, so we can help others with the same issues that we are facing. I want to find out if other small teams feel the same way, or if I’m just wrong about this.
