I see you thank LightPanda at the bottom. Is that also not a minimal browser like this? How does Zero differ?

To my knowledge Lightpanda is a headless browser used for automation. While Zero Browser is just a UI for end user. Zero might be able to use Lightpanda as a optional plugin.

I'm having a hard time understanding what this is. It's not a web browser- it doesn't support html. What does it browse then?

In simple terms it's built as a experimental implementation for a web ecosystem where websites hosts a standardized API endpoints and users are responsible for displaying it's contents. What AI almost does now anyway. Before that happens it continues to support browsing static html pages and API's without using JS/CSS.

I believe we were talking about this basically being Web 3.0 / The Semantic Web almost 20 years ago. The internet then went in the opposite direction of locking data down and limiting 3rd party clients

Recent web traffic reports showing AI traffic being majority indicates data silos are turning obsolete. AI is the new third party client.
