I was getting tired of paying a subscription for Granola. So I have been making a completely local version that uses configurable local models to transcribe and summarize meetings.
The output files are in easy to read json and md files so you can easily setup agent skills to reason over or ingest them into a knowledge base.
Would love feedback and ideas.
