The recurring insight in the book The Cofounder Effect is that co-founders rarely split over one big fight. It's the small things that pile up. Inspired by it, I built a game for co-founders to have conversations that never feel urgent but are critical for the relationship to last. I'd love any kind of feedback from founders on this.
