      The quote at the end of the article resonated with me. We should still make Patriots. But we should also be investing in this sort of production, so we have cheaper options to throw at dumber targets.

        It supposedly takes 2 years to produce a Patriot missile at a cost of somewhere around $4-7 million.

        This is not a weapon system designed for sustained conflict.
