I do not think it's actually possible to patent a cement which uses minerals which are capable of holding a magnet. If there was a process to create a fridge magnet effect when the product was drying, that would be different. It's an interesting product idea though, by would be curious to know how such a wall might interfere with radio, tv, wifi etc.
