That was until I found "jellycat", which is a jellyfish inspired CLI for dealing with Github and jj!
The tool's creator worked on Facebook's (sorry, Meta!) internal source control, which imho is one of the best ecosystems that I have ever seen.
In fact, I was using sapling before, but because the open source version doesn't seem to be supported or updated that much I started looking for other tools, and that's how I found jj in the first place!
