EU want a lot but doesnt pay. each time they strike a deal they do it with the wrong pll and get scammed (even they do it in illegal deals ;-) as 'team europe' remember?

Also silly is that for instance for long time morocco has good energy connection into spain and they could invest in buying more green energy from morocco but they dont want morocco to reall grow and it would be beneficial for them... so they delay it and delay it... stupidly.

their strategy is to help others, but not too much.... u cant give em the ability to suppass u ofc... (while morocco can pave sahara with solar panels and solve a large part of energy issues in europe... it would make em filthy rich. even just buying out carbon tax or w/e because they overproduce green energy... (ye likely not specific right wording but u catch the jist)).

Because EU lives in fear of everyone being bigger than them they put the breaks on their own developments because those same developments might also benefit others :'). over anxious control freaks.
