I think the missing piece is ownership. AI can produce text that sounds considerate, but it cannot be accountable for wasting someone’s time or leading them in the wrong direction.
That's the problem, AI is a text vending machine that will always generate anything you order from it, whether you invest emotions into that generated piece of paper or the chunk of metal generating it will always be a user issue
