I'm guessing the movie is owned by TNT which is now part of Warner Brothers Discovery which is in the midst of being acquired. Sometimes the rights to movies get "lost" during various corporate mergers and nobody bothers to untangle them. It's also possible that some of the music rights have expired so they would need to remove those songs but they don't think it's worth the effort.
