I build a webapp that allows you to plug in a UK car's registration number - the app will provide you with the usual information about the car, but depending on whether you toggle it as your car, or you shopping for a car, you will receive Ai advice on the specific car's MOT history, mileage, etc. It will tell you what to ask the seller and what to look out for!
