    People are underestimating how much latent frustration there is with airline pricing and UX.

    If nothing else, this project is quantifying that frustration in dollars. $22M in soft commitments is basically people saying: ‘I'd pay to see a better version of this industry exist.’

    That alone feels like useful data.
