They have spyware sitting in the sky too monitoring the weather 24x7. That has nothing to do with whether they control the weather. These systems just get overloaded with a tsunami of cat vids 24x7. So its all just Illusions of Control theatre. It allows people to check boxes, so when Boss calls up on Oct 6th for status report, they can say all clear go to sleep. And on Oct 7th after the illusion gets punctured the story becomes well boss the spyware didnt report anything so dont blame me or the guy who makes the spyware, cuz we cant find anyone sane who wants to spend their time building illusion of control toolkits.
