I guess if you really want ai wallpaper generate it yourself, but it also makes sense as they could get flooded with more than they want

i dont care if a wallpaper is ai made or not - as long as it looks good.

i get why they're doing it, but i just don't think it will scale. new image gen models are just getting better and better. if they simply choose to categorically ban them, they're missing out.

Wallhaven has consistently been the best location I've found on the internet for wallpapers. From alpha until now. I'd be surprised if there's any other site that matches the UX and amount of quality wallpapers they have. And all that with no ads!

Glad that they are maintaining their reputation with this decision.
