OnlyFans disrupted distribution. This disrupts the product itself. Much bigger shift.

I laughed when I first heard about this. Then I tried it. I stopped laughing.

There are plenty of startups like this here in Cyprus and some of them combine real women and AI, this is a fascinating new field and lots of money is being made.

And if the result is less exploitation of women - i see it as a positive outcome. Maybe this is the killer app for AI.

Interesting that Cyprus is a hub for this!

Isn't it a hub for human trafficking, in particular for pornography and other exploitation/abuse? I have no data on this, only anecdotal evidence from people who have done social work there. If true, it's perhaps less surprising to see also related technology originating from there as well.

Human trafficking for porn is fake news. No such thing exists.

As for exploitation/abuse - sadly yes, this place is full of prostitutes and they look like they aren't doing it willingly :/ this is truly a dark side of this place.

But it has nothing to do with porn business. That is a high tech niche, that is a major source of employment and GDP (at one point, PornHub parent company was the biggest corporate taxpayer in Cyprus), and of course none of the actual women are here. Porn companies are held in high regard because they make up probably the most ethical niche among foreign owned, high value businesses.

I have been thinking about this a lot lately after stumbling on a site called Unbound AI.

I have followed the adult content industry casually for years. Every major platform shift - VHS, DVD, streaming, mobile - the adult industry adopted it first and fastest.

AI feels different though. Not just another distribution format. A fundamental change in what porn actually is.

Two things this site does stopped me cold.

The first is a fantasy woman builder.

You design your perfect woman from scratch. Every detail — ethnicity, age, body type, hair, style. Not choosing from a catalogue. Actually building her from nothing. Your ideal woman does not exist anywhere in the real world. You create her. She is yours.

Once she exists you can make her do anything. Change her outfit. Take her clothes off. Put her in explicit scenes. Make her moan your name in a video. Have her talk dirty to you specifically. She knows who you are.

The second thing broke my brain completely.

You upload a photo of yourself and AI puts YOU in an explicit scene with her.

Your fantasy woman that you designed. Now in a video with you in it. Her moaning your name while you are literally in the scene together.

I was skeptical. I tried it. It works.

Face matching is maybe 70-80% accurate. Not perfect. But accurate enough that you recognize yourself. The audio is real — she moans and reacts. Feels like actual content not AI slop.

Right now we consume porn passively. We watch other people. Always the observer. Never the participant.

AI flips that. You designed the woman. You are starring with her. She knows your name. This is YOUR fantasy start to finish.

    The implications are real:

Traditional studios lose their core value. They sell access to attractive people on camera. If AI generates your perfect woman doing anything with you specifically — why does the studio exist?

OnlyFans built a billion dollar business on the illusion of personal connection. AI makes that connection literal — she says your name, responds to your preferences, she is the woman you designed yourself.

Privacy becomes the product. Every generation is unique to you. Nobody else sees it. Complete anonymity.

The ethical questions are real. Deepfakes of real people without consent are a serious problem. Unbound AI uses purely generated women which sidesteps this — but the technology that powers personal content also powers non-consensual content. That tension does not resolve easily.

My honest take — this is inevitable. The technology exists. The demand exists.

Unbound AI feels like an early version of something that in five years will be completely mainstream. Face matching perfect. Video longer. The fantasy woman builder deeper — personality, voice, memory, relationship.

At that point the question is not whether AI replaces traditional porn. The question is what happens to performers, relationships, and intimacy when your perfect woman — one you designed — is available instantly and privately to anyone with a smartphone.

Is this genuinely the future or am I reading too much into an early product?

unbound.video — if you want to see what I am talking about firsthand.
