Now, onto the real stuff. (Sorry, not trying to dim your accomplishment)
The website is bare. No mention of what the app does. "A coach that knows you. Training plans and weekly insights built around your actual fitness, not a generic template."
Too generic, I'm afraid.
I dont know who the app is for, and more importantly, WHY should anyone download the app. Or create another login. What's the benefit? How's it different from Strava, Apple Fitness, or dozens of those apps.
There's no compelling screenshot showing me anything valuable enough for me to download, create a login, and use THIS app versus my regular app for my runs.
Net-net, the value prop is completely missing.
FWIW, I'm a regular workout-er. Every day for the last 5+ years. Runs/bikes/hikes/etc. I've downloaded and used over a dozen apps. Paid for several too.
There's only 1 app I use now: Apple Fitness.
It's not the best at everything, but it has all my data and analytics. It falls short. But net-net, I only end up using 1.
Why would a user like me use another health/fitness app? That is not clear.
Since you've used Claude for the app, might as well use it for this 101 positioning message and create something compelling to entice a user to download an app and go thru this friction...
my 2c.
