"“RTX is aware of the US Government decision regarding the GPS OCX program,” an RTX spokesperson said in a statement. “Raytheon delivered the system in 2025 and has continued to support the US Space Force in post-delivery activities."

So RTX will, of course, be returning all moneys paid to the taxpayer, and not bid for any government projects for the next 10 years.
