I also thought it would be nice to exchange letters even with family/friends and not necessarily need to know their physical addresses. The letters can arrive in their email inboxes or be shared with a link.

I also discovered something unexpected: Even handwriting enthusiasts (like fountain pen users) don’t necessarily want to share publicly. They treat writing as something private or personal, and some take personal offense to the idea of my app.
Right now I’m trying to figure out if this is: a weak use case bad positioning or too many features not focused enough I’m considering cutting it down to a much more specific use case (e.g. private writing, or only high-signal messages).
Curious how others would think about this: When would you actually use something like this (if ever)? What would make it feel necessary instead of optional?
