Once AI is widely adopted and used, it's influence will slowly start to pervade throughout the organization at every level. People with the necessary skills will slowly be deprecated --- or at least that is the plan.
This applies to business as well as it does to the military.
Only one tiny little problem with this plan --- AI is unreliable and not deterministic.
