I've have it setup to give me weekly digests about changes across many repos we maintain and it covers things I've missed on slack messages or RFCs merged etc.

It helps me sift through some of the noise (which is increasing with all the agent-driven work). The format isn't for everyone, I think many prefer reading changelogs and that's totally ok! This one works for me nicely though.
