    Chromium refuses to use private v6 networks as it tests for global routing to Google servers before even enabling v6.

      have you started chrome with '--enable-ipv6' and set the IPv6ReachabilityOverrideEnabled policy?

      In gpedit: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Google Chrome: 'Enable IPv6 reachability check override'

      I don't use Chrome but that appears to be the way to override the check.
