Eh, what?? How does the address the legal requirement for the web site to verify? There's no secure method for delegation.

The article tries to keep a neutral language, but the eventual Digital ID erodes any possibility of neutrality. You decline it or you accept it, with all consequences of your decision.

In simple terms, the moment it is forced on you, you can't be neutral.
