Cutting off Canadians was one of many things that seemed to shift my opinion of YC.

YC became a lot less enticing to me under Gary's leadership. I am not sure if it was a coincidence or because of some of the things he did or said that turned me off, but the attraction just isn't there for me anymore.

Maybe it's because I'm more confident than before that I can succeed without YC.
