    Job sites are made by the 100s. People use those where there are lots of jobs. It's a two sided market and we are in a phase where there are more people looking than hiring, meaning on the hiring side, we need to put in less effort to fill the pipeline. No need for fringe or just starting platforms.

    I'd move on unless you are focusing on a niche industry

      Don’t you think just applying jobs won’t help much.

      And creating a niche or targeting a particular audience is very difficult. As the problem is common for every industry.

      The real challenge i see is for candidates, as skill visibility and talent discovery is the gap.

        Are you expecting employers to come to your site to sift through people? (who may no longer be looking for a job, did they remembered to update their status on your site?)

        How is this different or better from using LinkedIn?
