These are common enough patterns that practicing them is useful, even if not every conversation plays out exactly this way.

Bit of both honestly. The AI does punish bad reads, escalate too early and she shuts down harder, so you feel the consequence. And you get coaching feedback after each session on what you missed. But yeah, real conversations are still the real test. This is closer to a flight simulator than a replacement.
