every project ends up with its own .claude setup (skills, MCPs, CLI tools), and switching between projects or changing direction meant either copying folders around or manually cleaning up configs to avoid context bloat.

I put together a small open source tool to handle this. It scans your existing .claude folders and adds /ccgears and /ccgears-save commands directly into Claude Code, so you can save and switch configs without leaving your session.
