Useful project. I’d add 3 adoption boosters:

1) Keep `cc` untouched and default to `claude-cc` (avoid collisions with compiler muscle memory). 2) Add `--dry-run` to print chosen session id + branch before resume. 3) Add one short GIF in README: switch branch -> run command -> resumed context.

Those usually reduce first-use hesitation for CLI tools.

cc is generally used by the C compiler on the box. I'd suggest renaming it instead of overriding it or provide some suggestions.
