    This is cool but I thought this solution would provide more in-depth analysis. The examples given - recent activity, pace analysis, heart rate data - are all available in the connected apps.

    I've been looking for something that goes deeper. For instance, I know I struggle with hills. I'd like to view all elevation gain segments over the last month and analyze my heart rate and my pace. I can then use this as a benchmark as I run the same segments in the next few weeks.

    Also, I'd like to understand my running economy beyond VO2 Max.

      Did you try asking it that? The example in the video was beyond what the typical apps provide (pulling race data from the BAA, adding temperature data from other sources Claude is familiar with). There are definitely limits with the amount of data you want to send Claude, but giving it some access is a start.
