    That's funny. As a linux user, I sometimes wish I could use the much more convenient scheme from Mac OS instead of the clunky unix-style compose-key system.

      Are you talking about the popup symbol picker? I used to do it like that and I think that one is nice if you use special characters occasionally but gets tedious fast if you have to use it often. I used to default to trying to remember the key combinations (esp for typing umlauts on american keyboards) or having snippets in Raycast for often used ones but having the standard compose options seems even more useful.

        No, I mean the option-key overlay system. For some reason that feels more compatible with touch-typing to me, where the compose-key system is always stop, look, hunt-and-peck.
