Spotted this very basic tool for scanning sites to see where they are hosted and what tools they use to see how many EU tools they use. (Its a pretty basic site nothing fancy)

Almost all EU large tech companies I have checked need some sort of US service to build and host. So I guess the strongest action the EU can take to tackle this is an "Advisory group" that ultimately takes no action?
