Full disclosure, it's a review I've put together. I was really surprised that despite the laptop being bigger, the Neo seems to hit a ceiling at about 5 watts, even when running Cyberpunk 2077. The powermetrics weren't showing the consumption form the DRAM package so it might be the actual ceiling is 6 watts and the 4.5-4.7 is that budget sans DRAM power, but given the numbers I think this might be one of the most efficient laptops on the market
