I built this because I juggle 3-4 AI accounts daily — a work Claude plan, a personal OpenAI key, a client Gemini project — and switching meant editing ~/.bashrc, re-entering keys in Cursor, running gh auth switch, and inevitably burning quota on the wrong account.
