One direction I'm considering is exposing these resume agents via MCP so recruiters (or sourcing tools) could query across candidates programmatically.

Instead of keyword searching resumes, an agent could ask things like: "Find product managers who shipped payments or marketplace products."

Curious if recruiters would actually use something like that or if it's overkill.
