AWS has information about their UAE data centers, but haven't seen any confirmation from Amazon itself that amazon.com is having issues.

Can confirm. There seems to be multiple issues there; my shopping lists don’t load from the top menu, as well.

and thought it was shadow banned along with all my other titles but my EA discovered all books are down.
