Much of today’s conversation about AI in design revolves around efficiency. AI generates layouts faster, writes copy quicker, prototypes more variations. But the structure of design remains intact: teams, roadmaps, versioning, design systems, debates about ethics and values. The proposal here is different: Not AI-assisted design. Not AI-augmented workflows. But post-design.
