Here is what we’ve built: founderspace.work to help founders validate and position their startup idea before writing any code. You explain your idea in simple terms, and our AI evaluates market demand, competition, timing, and early adopters, then creates a clear validation brief with practical next steps. The goal is to save time by avoiding ideas that sound good but don’t have real demand.

How we’ve done it:

We used BMAD Core agents for planning. These agents are crucial because it’s like having a whole Product department inside your codebase. These agents are creating and providing the context your coding agents need.

For coding we used claude code the 20$ a month plan.

As a conclusion: Validate -> plan with AI Agents -> execute -> GTM
