Curious how N. Korea's Kim will respond (all bark and no bite ?) ?

I would predict he doesn't have that many nukes mounted on capable missles such that Patriots nearby such as Japan, could not take them all out early. But China backs up N. Korea, so virtually impossible to invade to obtain regime change there.
