OK, I admit to posting this mostly for immature reasons. And TFA is light light on detail. But it is still interesting to learn such details, and fun that someone (hopefully still) gets funding for this.

Also, I had thought grinning in animals, including primates, was usually a sign of aggression. It's like unsheathing your knife. I'm curious how that would relate here.
