Hey HN — builder here, currently working as a CTO.

The origin of this is pretty simple: as applications begin to grow, we spend more time triaging than building. Sentry fires, I check Vercel to see if it's a deploy issue, then GitHub to see what changed, then the board to see if anyone's tracking it, then Slack to let the team know. By the time I've correlated the signal, I've lost 30 minutes and whatever deep work I was doing.

The worst part isn't the fires you know about. It's the ones you don't. Performance regressions that haven't triggered an alert yet. Error spikes that look like noise until they're not. Analytics drops that nobody notices for three days.

Harmoni watches all of it for me. It pulls structured context from every connected service, reasons across the correlated signals, and either pings me in Slack or opens a PR in GitHub with a fix.. for problems I didn't know existed...

    A few things I'd highlight:

    - I'm building this for myself to solve a problem I face and I know others are facing, and oh wow has it helped. I use it every day. Every integration I add is one I actually need as a CTO. I added others I know are commonly adopted. If you need something else added, just ping me at andre@harmoni.engineer and I will get it added asap!

    - It doesn't replace any tool. It sits on top of everything I already use and will use in the future. I don't have to convince my team to switch anything. It's just making their lives easier.

    - Tech stacks change constantly. New services, new frameworks, new tools. The whole point is having one centralised place that adapts as the stack evolves. Always watching, so I don't have too.

    - Full trace on every run. I can see exactly what the agent saw, what it reasoned, and why it took action. Not a black box. I can tweak it's decision making so I can grow to trust my apps are always being looked after the way I would like and problems fixed how I would like them fixed, ready for my review.

Free tier available. Currently onboarding beta testers (!) if you try it and find something broken, I genuinely want to know. Free hours for every bug reported! <3
