I'm based in Germany. Every time I sent a payment abroad for business, I watched 5% vanish in fees. It drove me crazy.

    So I built S2 Transfer.

It works simply: your money quietly converts to a stablecoin, travels instantly across borders, and converts back to local currency on the other side. No crypto wallets. No blockchain jargon. Just a fast, cheap transfer.

Three things I learned the hard way:

Nobody cares about the tech. Businesses want to know two things: how much does it cost and how fast does it arrive. That's it.

Trust beats features. In payments, looking legit matters more than having 50 features. I spent more time on compliance and design than on code.

The real pain is in emerging markets. Sending euros to Nigeria or the Philippines through a bank is absurdly expensive. That's where this shines.

Still early. Would love honest feedback from anyone who has built in fintech or payments. What did I get wrong? What am I missing?

Site is s2transfer.xyz if you're curious.

Imho the whole "how we do it" (stablecoin etc) is not the interesting part. The interesting part is "0.4% fees"
