I'm an independent researcher. I found that a single stability metric Φ = I×ρ - α×S detects degradation across 8 domains with no training.

The repo linked here is the quantum computing validation — 445 qubits across 3 IBM backends, 85% error reduction, all real hardware.

Same formula also works on neural networks (660+ architectures), mechanical bearings, turbofan engines, power grids, LLM behavioral drift, financial data (3.1M loans), and cardiac arrhythmia (AUC 0.90).

15 provisional patents filed. All code is open and auditable.
