So, I really liked devrant and it was quiet a hit when it died, I am not fan of the large social platforms as they tend to censor, cancel, too many people I don't know, and I prefer smaller platforms where after some time users know each other. So with this aim I made devplace.net and currently with 2-3 other survivors of sinking of devrant we are there, experimenting with the site, trying out features, testing AI integrations, automated news, diferent stuff, the idea is to close the place to invite only to keep it small and friendly after reaching the amount of people that feels manageable for someone to interact with.

I would really appreciate any input or ideas to make it a fun and usefull place for interaction while keeping it a small community.
