Hey HN — I built this because a bunch of people in my network stopped using LinkedIn. Same reason every time: the feed is mostly AI posts now.
Pre-AI classifies every post in your LinkedIn feed using 271 detection signals (brand names, technical phrases, hashtags, standalone acronym detection with context validation). One toggle and AI posts disappear. Another toggle shows only AI posts. Third mode shows everything with AI posts subtly marked.
Everything runs locally in the browser. No backend, no API calls, no data collection, no account. It uses a MutationObserver to watch the DOM for new posts as you scroll and classifies them in real-time.
I'm a VFX supervisor by day, not a full-time dev. Built this as a side project because the problem bothered me enough to do something about it. Happy to answer any technical questions.
