I feel like we have had discussions on HN about very serious legal problems associated with previous “maarketplaces” using exactly this model.

@dragonwriter Trip2Drop is a connecting platform between travelers and shoppers. After this both parties have to coordinate with each other for payments, meetups, custom legalities etc. Platform just helps to connect.
