I have just release a new browser, Wisp. It's based on Netsurf but with serveral improvements. Windows 64 bit and 32 bit are supported and also Linux using Qt6. Other frontends and combinations are available but not tested. Netsurf had certain limitations for modern web page and while I plant to slowly try and modernize it there are still lots of shortcomings and bugs, consider this alpha. Javascript is for now just some stubs based on QuickJS-NG.
