This seems very unlikely to me. It should seem equally unlikely to a jury.

There is no question that Meta's business model is built around compromising the privacy of it's users. And if WhatsApp did not somehow fit into this model, it is *very unlikely* they would be motivated to acquire and provide the service to users at no cost.

Based on their history, I'd say this lawsuit is likely to be settled out of court and written off as a business expense.
